Currently, Feork allows gig-based hiring only. Our job posting system is developed, but we plan to launch it in the near future.

How do I communicate with freelancers?

All communication with freelancers is done through Feork. We offer a great messaging option and also provide features like Zoom or Google Meet for more interactive discussions.


How do I manage payments and invoices?

You will pay upfront when placing the order. After you're satisfied with the work, you can release the payment to the freelancer. If no action is taken, the payment will be automatically released after 7 days.


Can I negotiate pricing with freelancers?

No, gig prices are fixed on Feork. Negotiation wastes time, and inexperienced negotiations can lead to losses.


What if my freelancer is unresponsive?

If your freelancer is unresponsive, contact us. If they can't complete the work, we will find an alternative freelancer to ensure your task is completed on time.


How do I track project progress?

Currently, you can only buy gigs for the first few months, but our project management feature is ready. Soon, you'll be able to track project progress, including seeing which tasks the freelancer is working on and when.


How do I request revisions?

You can request revisions by messaging the freelancer directly or, after delivery, using our revision request function. Alternatively, you can also create a dispute if you're not satisfied.


How do I leave a review for a freelancer?

To leave a review, go to the delivery page, where you'll find an easily visible option to submit your review.

Can I invite a freelancer I know to Feork?

Yes, you can invite a freelancer you know. Simply share the platform, and they can apply to join, provided they meet our verification and quality standards.


What happens if my freelancer cancels the project?

If your freelancer cancels, the order amount will be added to your Feork account, and we will assist in finding a replacement freelancer to ensure your project is completed on time.
